William R. Huseman (a/k/a "Rusty") is an AV Rated healthcare attorney practicing health law throughout Florida.

Rusty earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in economics in health care administration, graduating with honors from State University of New York, Empire State College.  He was awarded is law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law and was published in the Law review. Rusty was an attorney with a prominent health care law firm in Jacksonville, Florida. His primary practice areas include the defense of health care practitioners license to practice medicine in Florida before their respective regulatory boards, corporate representation, representation of medical specialties and assisting medical practices with HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid Compliance and representation of PHOs.

Rusty is a long-time resident of Jacksonville, Florida. He worked with Florida physicians for ten (10) years serving it as its Executive Director and General Counsel of the Florida Physicians Association and its wholly owned subsidiary, Florida Physicians Association Legal Defense Insurance Company. He was also instrumental in creating the Florida Physicians Union and Florida Physicians Credit Union.

Rusty is a member of the Health Law Section of the Florida Bar Association, the American Health Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. He is married with two (2) children, three (2) grandchildren and an active member of Celebration Lutheran Church.
